Tracy Hoffmann

Managing Partner & Director of Client Service

Tracy Hoffmann is a Managing Partner of XXI Wealth and the firm’s Director of Client Service. She is responsible for how clients experience the practice: the coordination, communication, and follow-through that hold a relationship together over time. She leads that work on a simple conviction — the relationship is the business. Her focus is giving clients a clear picture of where things stand, and the reliability and accountability that keep it that way.

Tracy has worked in private wealth and investment management since 1992, beginning at William Blair & Company in Chicago. She joined Geneva Advisors as one of the firm’s original fourteen employees, where she built the client service framework and partnered with relationship managers as the teams’ business grew from $100 million to more than $2 billion in assets under management. Before co-founding XXI Wealth, she served as a Senior Client Service Manager at a major North American bank. In 2022 she received the Annual Achievers Award.

Background

Across more than three decades, many of Tracy’s longest-standing client relationships have grown to include the next generation, with families introducing their children and grandchildren to the same standard of service. That continuity shapes the client service model she leads at XXI Wealth: responsive, personal, and built for relationships measured in decades.

Outside of her professional work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, Ron, their daughters, and their wider circle of family and friends, along with traveling and attending live music.
